Happy Friday, Glitter Girls!

We love these refreshing raspberry beer cocktails, adapted from Southern Living and introduced to me by my friend Rebecca.  They’re perfect for your backyard barbecue or beach weekend. Why don’t you make a pitcher this afternoon?

How pretty are these?


3/4 c fresh or frozen raspberries
3 1/2 (12 oz) bottles beer, chilled (you can use whatever kind–we used Bud Light on our beach weekend)
1 (12oz) container frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup vodka
Garnish; lemon and lime slices


1. Stir together first 4 ingredients. Serve over ice. Garnish, if desired. Um, how easy was that?

Tip: To make ahead (and you know we like to do this), stir together lemonade concentrate and vodka in a large container. Chill up to 3 days. Stir in raspberries and beer just before serving. Garnish, if desired (we desire).
